Leeds United have completed the signing of Sean McGurk from Wigan Athletic after waiting a whole year to get the deal over the line.
This move has been in the works since last summer, with McGurk teasing a move on social media many months ago. He now signs on the dotted line on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Last season, McGurk scored 13 goals in the PDL as Wigan won the national title, while McGurk also hit five goals in 3 FA Youth Cup appearances. He’ll now link up in the midfield with former Wigan teammate Joe Gelhardt as well as fellow newbie Amari Miller.
The 18-year-old is quick, nippy and has a real eye for goal, playing on the right-wing or as a number 10. His versatility will be a big boost as he steps up from the PDL to The Premier League 2 Division 1, as the Leeds under-23s prepare for life against the big boys next season.
