Leeds United has reportedly rekindled their interest in Ryan Kent, as Phil Hay reveals that The Whites’ chase for Brentford’s Benhrama has started to fade, with The Bee’s playing hardball this summer.
Alan Nixon of The Sun and Phil Hay from The Athletic have both reported a new spark of interest in Rangers’ Ryan Kent, who was targeted last season before deciding to go for Nketiah instead.
Leeds. Making a bid for Ryan Kent at Rangers. Long term Bielsa fancy. More online shortly.

The 23-year old came out of the Liverpool academy before making an initial loan move to Rangers permanent last summer for roughly £7 million. The Englishman scored eight goals and assisted four in 33 games in all comps last season, and has scored two goals in the first four matches of the 20/21 season.
Meanwhile, Phil Hay has suggested that Leeds’ interest in Said Benhrama has cooled, with other reports claiming that Brentford have been playing hardball with several of their top players following play-off defeat.
they’ve gone a bit cold on Benrahma, or they had when I checked on that one on Monday. Watkins still being mentioned. No progress with White unfortunately

On top of that, Hay says that Leeds are still in the hunt for Oli Watkins while the Ben White saga hasn’t moved along.
