Edmondson has scored a lot of goals for Leeds’ u23 side but has only had two first team appearances for the club, with only one coming under Marcelo Bielsa, since making a move from York City as a 16-year-old.
This is a really good move for the young striker, especially as strikers Sam Cosgrove and Curtis Main are both out injured for the Dons.
England u19 international Edmondson will be available for tomorrow’s season opener against Glasgow Rangers. I would be surprised if he starts, but he may be on the bench.
