A report in the Daily Star has linked Leeds United with deals for both Fabian Delph and Danny Rose. Which doesn’t seem likely.
A man so far removed from sources at #lufc he has had to return to the 20th century for stories https://t.co/98i4nRHatq

The report claims that “Marcelo Bielsa is desperate to add some top flight experience after leading the club back into the Premier League this season.” This in no way seems like Bielsa.
Can’t say I’ve watched a lot of Fabian Delph this season and he wouldn’t be anywhere near my list of players we should be signing. For those that want him, the fact that their fans are delighted about the idea of us signing him should be major alarm bells. #lufc

Both are former Leeds players and both have a decent amount of experience with the England national team. I do think that both players would have an interest in the move, but I do not think for a second that either will happen.
The report states that Delph could leave Everton for around £5m, having joined the Toffees from Manchester City for £8.5m one-year ago. Having had another injury ravaged year I think this would not be a good move for Leeds.
Hope the Delph to Leeds rumour is true- get rid of him! Absolutely useless and no where near the level Gareth Barry was for us!

Danny Rose has no future with Tottenham Hotspur and has mentioned on several occasions that he wants to move back “up north”. He spent the second half of the season on loan at Newcastle United but didn’t tear up any trees. This deal would make more sense than the Delph deal and if it was way cheaper than it would be, it could be a decent idea, but I would be hugely surprised if it came to pass.
If Leeds sign both these players, someone out there remind me that I owe Jeremy Cross an apology.
