Leeds United had nothing to play for, but you wouldn’t have known it from watching the match, as they finished the season with a 4-0 win over Charlton Athletic.
RECORD: @LUFC have set a NEW CLUB RECORD for the most points won in a single league season (93) in the club’s history.

Yet another record broken by Marcelo Bielsa's side and a huge won. A phenomenal achievement by the title-winning side in our centenary season. #LUFC pic.twitter.com/DopzQ0KBxE
Leeds were incredibly dominant in the first half, and could have gone in more than 2-0 ahead. Ben White gave Leeds the lead with a thunderous volley from the edge of the box before Stuart Dallas doubled the lead following a tremendous Pablo Hernandez assist.
The second half saw Charlton fight back, for about two minutes, Tyler Roberts made it 3-0 with a header from a Hernandez corner. It was soon four, Pascal Struijk playing a fantastic pass to send Ian Poveda in behind down the right, he found Jamie Shackleton who scored his second in as many games.
Time now to look at each player and how they performed. As always you can tell me how wrong I am @mightywhitespod or @ThruItAllLUFC on twitter.
STARTING LINE-UP
Illan Meslier - Came off his line well to make it difficult from Alfie Doughty on a one-on-one and force him to put it wide. Made an excellent save to deny Chuks Aneke just after half-time. A really good late save to deny an Aneke header. Calm on the ball when needed and good quick distribution. 8/10
No offence to Charlton but it feels like we could have won that in our sleep & it’s a courtesy to the visitors that we didn’t. Probably could have been double figures but all four goals very good. Meslier excellent to keep his clean sheet with two fine stops too. Champions. #lufc

Luke Ayling - Denied well by Dillon Phillips on a couple of long shots. Good in both directions. 7/10
Ben White - Got his first goal for the club with an absolute screamer, chested it down and volleyed home from the edge of the box. Twice in the opening 20 minutes he brought the ball from centre-back into the final third taking 5/6 Charlton players out of the game. Defensively his interceptions were excellent. Even by his standards he was calm in defensive areas. 9/10

Liam Cooper - Stepped in to intercept really well and was never troubled defensively. 7/10
Stuart Dallas - Briefly on the left but moved into the second three of the 3-3-1-3 due to Charlton playing two up top. Fantastic finish for Leeds’ second goal. Always seemed to be space for Leeds’ attacks. 7.5/10
Pascal Struijk - Had a really good game in the deep midfield role again. Wonderful ball to Poveda in the build up to the fourth goal. 7.5/10
The pass from Struijk was majestic... pic.twitter.com/hL2kGuOff6

Ezgjan Alioski - Played alright, a little bit wasteful including missing one good chance. 7/10
Jack Harrison - Got in behind down the right on a few occasions and picked out good passes when he did, went close with a good effort. 7/10
Mateusz Klich - Involved a lot in the build up play. Had a couple of shots but couldn’t get a clear opening. 7/10
Pablo Hernandez - On the ball all over the pitch in the opening half an hour. Played a sumptuous through-ball through the legs of a defender to set up Leeds’ second goal. Got another assist early in the second half when Roberts headed in his corner. Ran the show for an hour before going off. 8.5/10

EL MAGO. CHAMPION AT LAST. #LUFC pic.twitter.com/n8u5lAy9I2
Patrick Bamford - One of the quieter performers in the first half, his runs were taking defenders away and those around him were the beneficiaries. Replaced at half-time. 7/10
SUBSTITUTES
Tyler Roberts (for Bamford, HT) - Scored a header from a corner (no, really, Leeds scored from a corner) soon after coming on. Dropped off the front well to get involved in the play. 7.5/10
