Leeds United youngster Robbie Gotts has left the club on loan to League One side Lincoln City.
The 20-year old is due a season of proper game-time after being voted the academy player of the season for the 19/20 campaign. He follows Jordan Stevens, Alfie McCalmont, Bryce Hosannah and Mateusz Bogusz who have also left on loan in the search for more senior minutes.
Gotts made his senior debut against the eventual FA Cup winners Arsenal in the 3rd round at The Emirates Stadium, putting in a strong showing in the middle of the park.

He’s highly-rated by Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa, but is yet to really break into the first-team picture, hence he was offered the loan deal for more experience in senior football.
Many clubs in England have been showing interest in the 20-year old, with Carlos Corberan showing interest in taking his former captain to Huddersfield, while former Leeds man Lee Bowyer was looking into taking him at Charlton.
However, Lincoln City have won the race for Gotts’ services with the League One side due to play 16 matches between now and the new year, plenty of football for Gotts to shine in.
Good luck to Robbie Gotts who has joined League One side Lincoln City on loan until the end of the season
