Alan Nixon’s report says that Leeds could pay a loan fee of £3m to take Bowen until the end of the season, before paying a further £15m if the Whites are promoted to the Premier League.
The winger can also play as a number 10 or a striker and has scored 54 goals in 128 matches for the Tigers, scoring 17 in 29 this season.
Jarrod Bowen not a player Leeds United are presently pursuing, the YEP understands.

Leeds did a similar type of deal to sign Helder Costa from Wolves in the summer, and attempted a similar deal for Daniel James from Swansea City before the Wales winger’s move to Manchester United.
