Leeds United have reportedly sealed the signature of another young striker from Spain. Rafa Mujica has set off for Leeds from Barcelona B, the reserve team of Barcelona.

The 20 year-old striker was linked back in May, but since then a lot has happened at Elland Road, with the club losing in the playoff semifinals to Derby County, Jack Clarke is almost certainly set for a move to London to go to Tottenham Hotspur, and a number of young players have signed professional contracts at the club.
However, Mujica has now posted on Twitter that he’s set to leave Barcelona, and it’s being reported in England that Leeds is his destination.
Mujica scored seven goals in 33 appearances in the third division in Spain, which isn’t exactly setting the world on fire, but there is at least potential in the player to get better in the future.
Perhaps some time with the Leeds U23s or on the bench can help develop and become a solid starter one day at Elland Road.
