After spending last season on loan at Blackpool FC and Bradford City, Leeds United defender Paudie O’Connor has agreed to make a permanent move to Bradford City.

Per the club’s official website:

Leeds United defender Paudie O’Connor has today joined Sky Bet League Two side Bradford City on a permanent transfer.

The 21-year-old joined Leeds from Limerick in 2017 and went on to make four first team appearances for the Whites.

He spent time away from Elland Road with loans at Blackpool and Bradford last season and now returns to Valley Parade.

The club would like to thank Paudie for his efforts and we wish him all the best for the future.

O’Connor made a good impression at Leeds under Paul Heckingbottom, but never appeared to be in the plans of Marcelo Bielsa, making this move almost inevitable. Hopefully this move suits both him and both clubs.
