Morning Leeds-in for 24 May: Alioski named to the North Macedonia squad for Euro qualifiers

So, he’s daft and weird and still one of the better footballers for North Macedonia.

North Macedonia, which used to be called FYR Macedonia (the reasons for this change are complicated and political and will make most people’s head hurt, so just google it if you’re curious), has called Alioski up to the national team squad that will face off against Poland and Matuesz Klich. Knowing Leeds, the two of them will run into each other on the pitch and be out for a year and a half.
