Morning Leeds-in for 26 March: Build the statue of Carlos Corberan now (or at least pay the man)

Start planning the statue of Carlos Corberan now.

Or at least make him an offer that guarantees he stays him at Elland Road.

The Leeds United U23s won the PDL North, and while that’s not exactly the same as winning the league, Corberan has taken a collection of players that both grew up in the Academy and were additions over the past two years and turned them into champions. The Academy was ravaged by neglect under the previous ownership, so this is a brilliant result and a brilliant outcome for the lads.

Corberan has been a vital part of the setup under Bielsa, and he could very well be the one to carry on Bielsa’s legacy once the Argentine leaves.

Keep Carlos, okay?

On to the links.
