Of all of the injury news from the press conference, this has go to be the best news of all.

Tests revealed that Jack Clarke was only suffering from a virus when he collapsed on the bench against Middlesbrough, and will restart light training soon, and while he’s not back with the first team just yet, he will be soon.

And in case you’re wondering how a virus could send a Premier League footballer to hospital, he was likely dehydrated already and then played a half of intense football. Lesson learned for him, and hopefully he’ll be 100% soon enough.

On to the links.
