Well, this was a nice thing to say.
Bielsa dedicated that win to Jack Clarke. Said he'll give Clarke as long as he needs to fully recover from illness. #lufc

One of the biggest differences between Bielsa and some of the previous managers at Elland Road is the lengths that Bielsa will go to stand up and support his players. He’s publicly backed a them a number of times when it would have been easier to say that they’re going through a rough patch and he’s stood tall and accepted blame for almost every loss.
Players know the high standards he sets and he’ll reward them for trying and working hard. And that buy-in means that his players will run through walls for him. That’s perhaps the biggest reason why this team has improved as much as it has.
