Leeds United will be boosted by the availability of club captain Liam Cooper and midfielder Jamie Shackleton for their trip to Hillsborough to face Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday afternoon.
The players have both been out with muscular injuries. Cooper was expected to be out for six weeks with a Hamstring injury, while Shackleton had a calf problem.

Marcelo Bielsa revealed: “Shackleton and Cooper are well.”
However, the other injury issues of Pablo Hernandez and Adam Forshaw provided a less positive update.
“Pablo is improving. He is close to coming back to us. Forshaw is more uncertain.
”He has a problem in the groin. It’s an injury that isn’t easy to deal with. It’s a difficult situation and it’s not easy to determine the process for recovery.
Big plus having Shackleton and Cooper available so it is only Pablo and Forshaw still missing, i'd put both Shackleton and Cooper into the starting 11 for Sheffield Wednesday #lufc

”For this reason we don’t have a clear reference for the evolution for his process. Adam is a great professional. He is working hard to try and get out of this situation.”
Based on that update, we may see Pablo Hernandez next weekend against Queens Park Rangers - but we may not see Adam Forshaw for a while.
