Following on from the centenary kit worn at the weekend against Birmingham City, Leeds United have released an official third kit for the season.

The kit seems to have gone down better than most announcements have from the club over the last couple of years. Some wanted a yellow kit but there is certainly no queue of people calling it awful, nor is it £150, although as a Yorkshireman £50 still makes me think “ow much?”

While none of us will look as good as Kalvin Phillips in the kit, I would expect it to sell well - particularly as we getting towards people wanting Christmas presents.
They're looking to wear this for the first time at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, subject to approval. I'm sure they play in blue.. #lufc https://t.co/BlRyGhYnWV

The kit will be worn for the first time for Saturday’s trip to Sheffield Wednesday, subject to approval. While Wednesday do have blue on their shirt, it is much darker so it will probably be ok.
