Barry Douglas spoke to the press at the pre-Norwich City press conference yesterday.
In part of his remarks, he tipped the players that haven’t got much of a chance so far to shine in the long Championship season, and that while Leeds are currently on top of the table, that Leeds cannot rest on their laurels.

The Championship is relentless, there is no time to dwell, so it is important that all of the new guys feel a part of it and hit the ground running.
We have a really good squad, there is a lot of quality and I think the best is still to come, it is still early doors.
A few of the loan signings are still to get their chance and show what they can do and I’m sure there is more to come from Patrick Bamford, everyone is on top of their game and trying to be the best they can be.
Of course there are going to be expectation levels and as a team and a squad we are ambitious and we want to achieve as much as possible.
