Marcelo Bielsa is a veteran coach, and not one to take anyone or any team lightly.
The first Yorkshire derby of the season might be, at least on paper, the “easiest” of all of them this year, with Rotherham coming back up to the Championship after a year spent in League One. However, with Bielsa, you’ll never have to worry about him letting this team thinking that they won’t have to work hard to win.

In the press conference before the match, Bielsa said:
It’s very hard to implement a style of play. It’s not easy. It becomes more difficult if you are not consistent and don’t respect your style of play. We will take into account the style of the opponent but we will play as we have done so far.
If you think that we are favourites, you’re supposing that we should feel superior to our opponent or that our opponent should feel inferior to us. These things are never decided before the game. It’s better to demonstrate it than to say it. But regarding our team, before playing we never think we are inferior to any other team.
Bielsa is right that games are never played on paper, won or lost merely on lineups alone. Rotherham will surely come in with a chip on their shoulder, looking to put one over on a Yorkshire rival who is the talk of England right now.
