Abel Hernandez appears to be visiting his home country of Uruguay and just so happens to be in the same town as Marcelo Bielsa. Small world, huh?
Surely it can't be a coincidence that they're both in the same place at the same time...! #lufc #mot pic.twitter.com/4i7iBRYZ6m

So Punta del Este is a wealthy resort town in Uruguay, so it’s not surprising that someone like Hernandez, who is a famous footballer after all, would be visiting a fancy resort. However, it also happens to be where Bielsa, who has been rumoured to be the new coach of Leeds, has been at a football conference.
Leeds are apparently already running potential new signings past Marcelo Bielsa.

So, this could all be a coincidence, but it’s fun to speculate that it’s not and the two of them met. After all, the chief football writer for the New York Times, not one for idle speculation, said that Leeds were already running potential signings past Bielsa.
It’s interesting at least.
