This has been a theme this entire season. While the first team has floundered in the table, and looking pretty poor almost the entire calendar year so far, the Academy players have flourished.

The Leeds U18s beat Bolton Wanderers yesterday to be named the PDL North Division champions. The U23s have also been good this season, and that’s even with a few of those players being called up into the first team. And those players that have been called up to the first team, they’ve not looked out of place at all.

Hang on to these players, and this might be the start of something special.

On to the links.
