Morning Leeds-in for 14 April: Bailey Peacock-Farrell a lone bright spot against Aston Villa

As bad as the loss to Aston Villa was, and honestly the 1-0 scoreline flattered Leeds greatly, one of the bright spots was the play of Bailey Peacock-Farrell.

Peacock-Farrell was named Sky Sports Man of the Match for his efforts, and it’s obvious to see why. He was an absolute rock between the sticks, and if it wasn’t for him, the scoreline could have gotten ugly.

The only other two players that seemed to show up and care at Villa Park were Tom Pearce and Paudie O’Connor, the other two players who were called up from the U23s to patch holes in the lineups due to injuries. If the youth keep playing like this, maybe the whole U23 team can play out the rest of the season.

On to the links.
