Just who will be playing in central defence against Aston Villa this Friday? Leeds are currently down a number of defenders, meaning that someone from the U23s will have to step up and play with Paudie O’Connor.
Who knows what #lufc's back four will look like on Friday night... a look at which players (mainly two) could feature if Pontus does miss the trip. https://t.co/nhTr3KSCZo

Hugo Diaz came in and played alongside Paudie O’Connor against Preston on Tuesday, meaning he has the best chance of anyone to play Friday night. Pascal Strujik, who had been rumoured to be getting into the team on Tuesday, could be recalled as well. Besides those two, it’s pretty slim pickings, with Aapo Halme or Ouasim Bouy the other possibilities. Bouy is the most experienced of all of the options, but he’s apparently terrible, as he couldn’t hack it at Cultural Leonesa.
