So, this won’t come as a news flash to any Leeds fan, but hey, Pablo Hernandez is really good.

He won the PFA Fan’s Player of the Month award for November, and it’s for a reason: He’s really good and he played brilliantly last month.

However, the most impressive stat isn’t contained in this tweet.

Leeds have nine wins, two draws and only one loss when Hernandez starts. Leeds have only won two league games that he has not started or played in this season, and those games were against Hull City and Preston North End.

Marcelo Bielsa is brilliant at getting the best out of this team, but despite all of the defensive injuries and absence of Patrick Bamford, it turns out the most important player for Leeds is Hernandez.

Which all Leeds fans kind of already knew.

On to the links.
