Leeds United travel to Birmingham to take on Aston Villa at Villa Park today in the Championship, with Leeds needing a win to go back on top of the league while Villa are five points back from Sheffield United and the playoff places. A win for Leeds would also see them put six points between themselves and third place West Bromwich Albion and 13 points ahead of Nottingham Forest in 7th place.

Villa have draw three times and won once in the last five matches while Leeds have won five straight matches, meaning something has to give in today’s match. It has all the makings of a big game, and it will also mark the half-way point of the season.
So will Leeds travel back to Yorkshire with three points and on top of the league on Christmas? Or will Villa play the Grinch and send Leeds home with nothing?
