While it was bad news today for one Chelsea loanee to Leeds, another one has started on the road to recovery. Izzy Brown made his debut in a Leeds kit today, playing 45 minutes for the U23s against Birmingham.

Izzy Brown was a key part of the Huddersfield Town side that gained promotion in the 2016-17 Championship season, and he was even loaned out to a Premier League team, Brighton & Hove Albion, before getting injured last season. He can come in and be a game-changer for Leeds, even if the club isn’t going to be dipping into the transfer market this January.
