It’s not often you hear managers from the other team compliment the other team after a loss, but then again, not every team has Marcelo Bielsa as a manager.

Hull boss Nigel Adkins said that he thought that Leeds were “one of the best sides I’ve seen in the Championship for years,” and that Leeds will “take teams to the cleaners.”

We all knew Bielsa was special, and he’s proving that right now. The core of this Leeds team was here last season and under Thomas Christiansen the team could only manage to stay in the playoff places due to some early wins and totally collapsed under Paul Heckingbottom.

It’s still only October, but Leeds are top of the league. How about that.

On to the links.
