Samu Saiz spoke at the pre-Blackburn Rovers press conference along with Marcelo Bielsa.
Saiz: "I feel better because Marcelo made the whole team be more aggressive from a football point of view. We're aggressive playing football. We trust each other more. Thanks to all this is I feel more safe and I'm less aggressive - apart from the football." #lufc

It sounds like Bielsa has been doing a little man-management of Saiz, which is welcomed. Saiz also said that he found it hard to stay motivated last season, but with Bielsa in charge, I can’t imagine anyone is going to slack off.
This is what happens when you get a manager with the reputation of Bielsa, everyone takes him and the project seriously.
