Summer signing Ouasim Bouy has returned to Leeds United following his unsuccessful loan spell at Leeds’ feeder club Cultural Leonesa.
Bouy is no longer a Cultural player. Loan cancelled and he's back in Leeds. https://t.co/3PbDnu3vsQ— CyD Leonesa English (@CyDLeonesa_en) January 3, 2018
The former Netherlands youth international (now 24 years-old), who is eligible to play for Morocco, played less than 150 minutes during his loan spell and was widely considered to be unimpressive for the Spanish Second Division team.
Having had an unimpressive run you would not expect the player to be involved with the first team much this season. However, much like new signing Aapo Halme, the perfect opportunity to have a look at them in the first team could well be the FA Cup tie away at Newport County on Sunday. If he does line-up, his normal positions are either central defence or central midfield.
