Morning Leeds-In for 7 November: Maybe returning to Felix Wiedwald-won’t be that bad?

Plus links for the day

So I saw this Tweet yesterday.

Chris does qualify these stats a bit, as the difference between Rob Green, who wasn’t asked to pass the ball around and mainly aimed for the head of Chris Wood when hoofing the ball up the pitch, and the Leeds keepers on the roster right now isn’t especially fair, but the difference between Andy Lonergan and Felix Wiedwald is striking. Leeds played their best when coming out of the back. Wiedwald looked really composed with the ball at his feet, and while he may make everyone’s blood pressure rise when a cross comes into the box, Leeds did look very good earlier in the season playing a “sweeper-keeper” type of role.

Either that or Victor Orta is gonna buy a new keeper in January.

On to the links.
