Thomas Christiansen apparently thinks that a victory against Barnsley FC would mean that Leeds United had a “good week.”

While two wins out of three isn’t necessarily a bad week, it’s a tad misleading to gloss over the loss at Wolverhampton. Leeds were pretty much dismantled at times by Wolves, and while Leeds fought back in the second half, the point still remains that Leeds hasn’t gotten any points this season once falling behind.
There should be no shame in losing to Wolves, but it should be a wake-up call to the brass at Leeds that the club needs some investment if Leeds are going to compete for the playoffs and gun for promotion.
