Leeds United are off this weekend due to the international break, so if you’ve got some time on your hands and want to see some community football clubs in action, we suggest that you check out one of the local Non-League clubs in action.
Garforth Town and Guiseley AFC are both local West Yorkshire clubs that play below the football league, and both offer football at reasonable prices. Garforth Town are also the hosts of the Leeds United Ladies team, so they’re already supporting a member of the Leeds United family.
We're back in action this Saturday, at home to Bridlington.

Garforth Town will host Bridlington Town on Saturday, 11 November. Garforth Town plays in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division, the 9th level in the English football pyramid. Garforth Town has a 5-5-5 record this season after playing in fifteen matches with an even goal difference, and sit on 20 points, good enough for 14th in the table.
Their opponents this Saturday are Bridlington Town, who are 9th in the table with 27 points, and they have won four of their nine away matches this season while drawing twice and losing three times, so Bridlington Town will be looking to continue their strong away form against Garforth Town.
Garforth Town plays at the Supply Chain Network Stadium, located at Cedar Ridge, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 2PF. Directions can be found at the NCEFL website or by using Google Maps or another mapping program of your choice. The Garforth Town website also has contact information available if you have any questions, and check them out on Twitter.
