Thomas Christiansen may be right that Leeds United didn’t “deserve” to lose, but hey, welcome to the Championship. More worrying was that Christiansen said that “confidence has fallen” because it’s his job to install that confidence in the team. Apart of Samu Saiz, the team looked sluggish against Reading.
However, the club is still in 6th place and is still only six points off of the lead in the Championship, even after losing three matches straight. There is plenty of time for the team to rediscover its form. Let’s hope the club gets a better result against Bristol City next weekend.
