Jordan Botaka has reached a deal with United- becoming the 8th signing of this season.
The 22-year-old signed a two-year contract with the club last night for a fee worth up to £1million.
Botaka told the teams official website : "I am very happy, it happened very fast. In two or three days everything was arranged, it was just crazy.
"I knew Leeds were a big club. I looked a few things up and I heard from other people. This is a new adventure for me."
He made more than 70 top-flight appearances for Excelsior, a Rotterdam-based club.
Botaka is currently playing internationally with Congo, and will rejoin his new teammates next week at Thorp Arch.
