Stuart Dallas has become the seventh preseason signing of Leeds United. The 24-year-old is coming to Elland Road under a three-year deal, with the option of a fourth.

The winger told the teams official site:

"Coming here is a fresh challenge, it's a massive club and something I'm looking forward to.

"I can't wait to get going. "I know a lot about the club. I think everybody knows a lot about Leeds United - they're a massive club.

"We've got a young squad here - it's a young, fit, hungry squad. Everything is looking good for the first game on Saturday."

The star has been reunited with Uwe Rosler, his former coach at Brentford. Rosler was actually the one who brought this Northern Irish star over to the English side in 2012.

Dallas made 38 appearances for Brentford last season, and Rosler hopes to leverage his speed and creativity on the pitch this weekend when the Whites begin their Championship campaign against Burnley.

Dallas went on to tell the teams website:

" He brought me in at Brentford and I enjoyed my time there under him.

"He was a big factor in coming here as well. He knows me, I know him and we know what we are getting from each other. He had a big part to play in it.

"I'd come from part-time football to Brentford and at first it took me a while to get used to things and adapt into the full-time game.

"I went on loan to Northampton. I think that did me good and I came back and I played from Christmas onwards in League One with Brentford.

"We got promoted and I played a good part under Mark Warburton last season. But I'm here and I'm really looking forward to a new challenge.

"I really enjoyed my time at Brentford, they helped me a lot. Everybody there was fantastic and I made friends for life there."
