The YEP's chief football writer, Phil Hay, revealed on Friday evening that leeds were close to signing Stuart Dallas from Brentford. It's reported that the fee is in the area of £1 million.

Three-year deal.</p>— Phil Hay (@PhilHayYEP) <a href="https://twitter.com/PhilHayYEP/status/627132587090288640">July 31, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Rosler is no stranger to Dallas, the German initially signed him at Brentford in 2012 and seems fond of the winger. This looks to be a good deal for the Whites as Dallas featured heavily in an attacking Brentford side that came close to clinching a spot in the play-offs last season. Dallas made 28 appearances while netting six goals for the Bees.
The deal will mean that Dallas is at Elland Road for an initial 3 years, but the club have the option to extend his contract by a further year, if they so wish. It's all expected to go through early next week once a medical has been fully completed.
Rosler has been at the helm for six major signings this season thus far. He told the YEP: "I'm calm because I see the work that (Massimo) Cellino, Martyn Glover and Adam Pearson are putting in. That's why I'm quite relaxed. I think we'll get that job sorted."
