Neil Warnock is hopeful of welcoming one new face to the club before Leeds take on Preston North End on Saturday.
The travelling squad will return to England and meet up with the few players that remained in England due to niggling injuries. Paddy Kenny and Luciano Becchio are expected to return to the fold for the game, and new signing Rudolph Austin has a chance of featuring after he obtained his visa.
Speaking to the Leeds official site, Warnock said:
"I'm hopeful we will have someone in. We've been working on one or two things. A lot of players have been mentioned and until we get it on the dotted line I don't really like talking about anyone.
Everyone behind the scenes is working ever so hard."
Speaking about Becchio and Kenny.... "I'm hoping both will play. I didn't want them to do all the travelling to Norway. Becchio needed two sessions a week and he'll realise it's easier to play than train. Paddy would probably have been right, but it wasn't worth it with all the travelling."
