Neil Warnock has announced that his Leeds team will give every opposition a game, with the new season less than 24 hours away.
Ahead of the new season, it's been no secret that Warnock has admitted his determination to achieve his 8th promotion, a feat which will make him the most successful manager in terms of promotions.
Warnock has made it clear that he doesn't think his current squad is good enough, while suggesting his team will give their all and anything is possible when a team is on a roll.
Speaking to the club's official site, Warnock said:
"It's amazing what you can do if you can get on a roll. That's why the teams coming up have something on a lot us because they're winning and it's a habit. So is losing. It's just a case of trying to get a happy medium.
"I'm trying to put teams out that week-in week-out you know how they're going to play. Last season it was a 50% chance. It was a toss of a coin in my eyes. You didn't know what we were going to do.
"We're not going to rip the league up but we can give everyone a game, and we will do. We have a great following, it'll be fabulous going away with the numbers we take, and we'll give it a real go.
"I judge my team on who do you want in the trenches with you and I look around what we have here and I'd have them all behind me."
