Neil Warnock has stated that he has received a number of offers for members of his squad. With six transfer listed players and increasing speculation surrounding Andy Lonergan and Ross Mccormack Warnock gave an update on the current situation.

He told the club’s website:

"We've had a number of offers for Ross and we've had enquiries for other players," said the boss."As and when it's right to tell people any more we will. We have an offer from a Championship club for Andy Lonergan as well, but it wasn't what we would call acceptable."

Warnock has also spoken for the first time about Adam Claytons departure to Huddersfield and admits casualties are an inevitable part of his re-building programme.

"I spoke to Adam and I think he's got the contract he wanted,I couldn't guarantee him the position he wanted here because I have some irons in the fire in the midfield area. Sometimes you have to forfeit players and I want to bring in the players I want to bring."

After a very slow period things are finally starting to move Warnock in the transfer market it would appear incomings and out goings are both imminent at Elland Road.
