Through It All Together began in January 2012, after SB Nation approached Tom while he was manager of the Leeds United blog on the Offside.com.
The move brought about plenty of new features and software that was unavailable with the Offside, and well worth the wait.
The name of the blog came about randomly after the original name we wanted was taken. Through It All Together comes from the famous Leeds United song Marching on Together.

Towards the end of 2011 I was approached by SB Nation to move the blog from the Offside.com to SB Nation. I had only been writing about Leeds for a year, after I approached the Offside so I could write alongside my degree at university. I have ambitions of working within sports media in the future, when I complete my degree in the spring of 2012. I've been a Leeds United fan all of my life, it was pretty much a done deal with every member of my family supporting the club. I've witnessed the games against Real Madrid in the Champions League, to the depths of League One against Stockport County. I'm currently a season ticket holder in the Kop, and will be unless Ken keeps upping the prices. Been a Leeds fan is hard and a unique experience...but I wouldn't change a thing (ok maybe our decline).

Thomas asked me to help him on Leeds the offside in the summer of 2011 and since then I have been writing about all things Leeds United. It is something that I have really enjoyed and with the transfer from the offside to SB Nation, I hope to get more involved and publish more articles. Following Leeds United is never easy for anybody but there is always plenty to talk about with the ups and downs of the Elland Road club. I'm currently a season ticket holder, situated in the north east corner and get to as many away games as the finances allow me. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the blog.
