Once again the guys at thatsagoal.com have previewed our upcoming game tomorrow night.
Of course we tackle Blackpool away, which promises to be a difficult encounter over on the coast.
Anyway after the jump is the preview...enjoy!
Leeds travel to Blackpool on Tuesday night in what could be a real cracker of a Championship match. Blackpool are right in the play-off mix but Leeds confirmed they are not on their summer holiday’s yet with a 4-1 demolition of Peterborough at the weekend.
Blackpool are 4/5 to win the match with Bet Victor, the draw is 29/10 and Leeds are priced at 4/1 with 188bet. They are the best odds around so make sure you look for the value when betting.
Blackpool have home advantage on Tuesday and currently sit in fifth place in the table, but just two points ahead of seventh placed Middlesbrough as they go in search of a play-off spot. Blackpool have lost just once in their last 16 matches at home, but they have drawn an awful lot of games, picking up a point on six occasions.
Leeds have been a real loose cannon this season and the most unpredictable side in the Championship table really could go to Blackpool and win, or lose by a heavy score line. In their last seven matches they have won two, drawn one and lost four but on the road their recent 2-0 loss to high flying Reading was their first away defeat in four matches (two wins two draws).
Against Peterborough at the weekend Ross McCormack scored twice and he is priced at 8/1 to score first in this match, Becchio is also 8/1 while Snodgrass is a 10/1 chance. Blackpool’s Kevin Phillips is the favourite to score first at 5/1 with William Hill.
I would be happy to bet on a draw in this match given Leeds’ decent recent record on the road and 1-1 looks the most likely score line at a price of 15/2 with Coral. An unlikely 0-0 draw is 16/1 with Totesport but 2-2 could be a lively outsider at 14/1 with Betfred.
