Leeds drew a very tough challenge in the second round of the Carling Cup with Neil Warnock's Crystal Palace. Palace missed promotion to the Premier League, losing in the playoff round but is one of the top choices to make it this season. They will need to tighten up their lines in facing Palace if they want to make it through to the next round. The match will be held in the week of August 25.
