Leon Constantine has moved on to Northampton Town on a free transfer. The tall striker came to Leeds last season after a number of strong campaigns with Port Vale but suffered through a injury plagued season and without a guarantee of playing-time from manager Gary McAllister he moved onto Northampton amiably.
