Rotherham United in Football League Trophy (JPT)

Leeds travels to Rotherham United in a mid-week clash of the Football League Trophy commonly referred to as the "Johnson's Paint Trophy".

Rotherham United has been one of the top teams of League Two this year and after starting the campaign with a death sentence of seventeen points, they have climbed out of the relegation zone and on their way to safety. They have yet to lose at home this year and will likely throw everything at Leeds.

It is unclear how Gary McAllister will approach this match. While the trophy case can't be ignored, task one must be promotion and I'm hopeful that the weekend match against Brighton is prioritized, particularly after the dreadful loss to Peterborough. It might not be the popular decision but I'm prefer this match used to review those who typically don't get a lot of playing time.

I will report on the match as quickly as possible however I am traveling to a series of matches/practices during the international week and might not be able to post till Thursday. I apologize for an inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
