Short excerpt from an article otherwise about Matt Mills, but it's been bumping around the net since it was posted so there you go. "Lee Peltier's £350,000 move to Leeds United is all agreed and will go through as soon as the takeover at the Yorkshire club is completed." Wouldn't have any issue with Peltier per se, but it seems odd that Warnock would be so happy to settle for a mid-tier back if the takeover was confirmed/as full of cash as we're led to believe. Fair enough sign Peltier if there's no cash, or if he's your man for the job, but why carry the transaction out immediately if there's potential better players out there? Just my two cents.
